Locations and Directions

Main Office

Our main office and treatment facility is located at 183 Boston Post Road in East Lyme,Connecticut, in the Flanders Four Corners area of East Lyme.  We are right near I-95 and I-395 exits. Our off-street parking and entrance are at the rear of the building.

Directions from the South & West (New Haven, Old Saybrook, Old Lyme): Take I-95 North to exit 74.  Left at light onto Flanders Rd (Rte 161). Left at next light onto Boston Post Rd (US 1).  We are a half mile up on the right.

Directions from the North & East (New London, Groton, Mystic, Stonington, R.I.):   Take I-95 south to Exit 75.  Continue straight on US 1 through the first light, and we are a half mile up on the right.

Directions from Norwich and Northeastern Connecticut: Take I-395 South to end (merge with I-95), stay in right lane and get off at exit 75. Continue straight on US 1 through the first light and we are a half mile up on the right.

Directions from the Hartford - Springfield Area: Take I-91 South to Rte 9 South to end and get on I-95 North and follow directions from the South & West.

 

New Haven Office

Our New Haven Office is convenient to our New Haven and Western CT patients. We are at 1 Long Wharf, Suite 103, which is on the second floor of the building (you enter on the ground floor) and to the left as you enter the building. Please note that there are no lobby directory signs. We are located in the office of Dr. Mark Goldstein, suite 103. Please click on this link for a map to the New Haven Office.
